Wash. Admin. Code § 296-855-20040 - Personal protective equipment (PPE)
(1) You must make sure employees wear
appropriate PPE as protection from skin or eye contact with ethylene oxide
(EtO), liquid EtO, or EtO solutions.
(2) You must provide appropriate PPE at no
cost to employees.
