Wash. Admin. Code § 296-863-40025 - Meet these requirements when operating near railroad tracks
(1) You must make
sure PITs are driven diagonally across railroad tracks, whenever
possible.
(2) You must make sure
PITs are parked eight feet six inches or more from the center of any railroad
tracks.
