Wash. Admin. Code § 296-869-50005 - Operator authorization and training
(1) You must permit only trained and
authorized personnel to operate elevating work platforms.
(2) You must train operators in all of the
following:
(a) The manufacturer's operating
and maintenance manuals;
(b) Your
work instructions;
(c) The
requirements of this chapter.
