Wash. Admin. Code § 308-19-320 - Minimum education requirements for bail bond recovery agents
All applicants for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement shall have a minimum of a high school education or GED or a minimum of three years of full-time, verifiable experience in the bail bond industry.
