Wash. Admin. Code § 308-320-070 - Changes and fees
Registrants shall inform the department of any changes in filed information when the change occurs.
(1) Changes in ownership or ownership
structure or a change of more than 50 percent of the partners in a partnership
requires submission of a new master business application, new supplemental
information statement, new personal history statement(s), and a fee of $82 for
each business location.
(2) Changes
in business location requires a new master business application and a fee of
$82.
(3) Changes in managers,
general partners of a limited partnership, partners in a general partnership or
the president, vice president, secretary or treasurer of a corporation requires
completion of a personal history form for the new individual(s).
(4) Changes in the business mailing address
or the location where business records are kept shall be made in writing.

(2) Changes in business location requires a new master business application and a fee of seventy-two dollars.
(3) Changes in managers, general partners of a limited partnership, partners in a general partnership or the president, vice-president, secretary or treasurer of a corporation requires completion of a personal history form for the new individual(s).
(4) Changes in the business mailing address or the location where business records are kept shall be made in writing.
