Wash. Admin. Code § 308-48-540 - Continuing education requirement to reinstate lapsed license
Any person seeking to reinstate a license which has lapsed for less than one year must comply with the continuing education requirements for regular renewal of the license. Any person seeking to reinstate a license which has lapsed for one year or longer must present satisfactory evidence of having completed at least five hours of approved continuing education activities for the period prior to their reinstatement.
