Wash. Admin. Code § 314-12-070 - Applications for currently licensed locations

No application for any license shall be made except in conformance with RCW 66.24.010, and subject to the following conditions: The license applicant shall not take possession of the premises, nor exercise any of the privileges of a licensee, nor shall such application be effective until the board shall have approved the same.
