Wash. Admin. Code § 326-02-031 - Office of minority and women's business enterprises account - Created - Purpose

The office of minority and women's business enterprises account is created in the custody of the state treasurer for the purpose of defraying costs of the office in administering chapter 39.19 RCW. Only the director or the director's designee may authorize expenditures from the account. Money in the account may be spent only after appropriation. The revolving fund account is subject to the allotment procedures provided under chapter 43.88 RCW. The director of the office of financial management shall prescribe appropriate accounting procedures to accurately record payments to the fund from businesses, state agencies and educational institutions, and political subdivisions and expenditures from the fund.
