Wash. Admin. Code § 326-02-080 - Suspension of certification
The certification of a business may be suspended for engaging in any of the activities prohibited by RCW 39.19.080 and WAC 326-02-040, upon a showing that immediate action is necessary to prevent harm to the public welfare.
