Wash. Admin. Code § 326-08-016 - Commencement of a full adjudicative proceeding
(1) The office shall commence a full
adjudicative proceeding within ninety days after the determination that the use
of more formal hearing procedures is required.
(2) A full adjudicative proceeding commences
when the office notifies a party that a prehearing conference, hearing, or
other stage of an adjudicative proceeding will be conducted.
(3) Within thirty days after receipt of the
request for an adjudicative proceeding, the office shall examine the request,
notify the requestor of any obvious errors or omissions, request any additional
information the office wishes to obtain and is permitted by law to require, and
notify the requestor of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the
office that may be contacted regarding the request.
