Wash. Admin. Code § 332-140-240 - Effect of expiration of RCW 79.01.126
Although RCW 79.01.126 will cease to be effective October 1, 1987, the regulations concerning stumpage rate adjustment will continue to apply to sales auctioned during the effective dates of RCW 79.01.126. The regulations will not apply to sales auctioned on or after October 1, 1987.
