Wash. Admin. Code § 352-37-160 - Certain vehicle lighting and equipment standards incorporated

Except where otherwise obviously inapplicable to the use and operation of motor vehicles on the ocean beaches, chapter 46.37 RCW, constituting vehicle lighting and other equipment, is herewith expressly incorporated herein, and the requirements of that chapter are hereby expressly required when operating any motor vehicles on and along the ocean beaches.
