Wash. Admin. Code § 357-52-155 - What should be included in a prehearing statement?
The prehearing statements must include a summary of the evidence the party intends to present; a listing of the rules or statutes upon which the party intends to rely; a statement of the remedy requested; and an argument as to why the party is entitled to the requested remedy.
