Wash. Admin. Code § 357-58-550 - May an employer temporarily layoff a WMS employee?

For any of the reasons specified in WAC 357-58-445, an employer may temporarily layoff a WMS employee by:

(1) Reducing the number of hours an employee is scheduled to work; or
(2) Furloughing the employee.
