Wash. Admin. Code § 388-200-1250 - Gifts, bequests by will, and contributions
(1) The department may accept a gift,
bequest, or contributions in cash, or otherwise, from an association or
corporation.
(2) The department
shall not accept a gift or contribution from a person applying for, or
receiving, public assistance.
(3)
The department shall not advise any person desiring information or assistance
regarding the preparation of a will. The department shall advise the person to
contact an attorney, or the local legal aid society.
