Wash. Admin. Code § 388-424-0035 - Verifications-Survivors of certain crimes
(1)
Applicants may provide a verbal self-attestation to verify that they meet the
requirements of WAC
388-424-0001(4).
Alternative proof, such as supporting documents, may also be
provided.
(2) Absence of the
following documents shall not affect eligibility for benefits for applicants
defined under WAC
388-424-0001(4):
(a) Passport;
(b) Valid regular or nonwork SSN;
(c) Alien Registration number; or
(d) Documentation from a federal agency used
to verify immigration status.
