Wash. Admin. Code § 390-24-210 - Report of officers and directors of financial institutions
An elected official or candidate who is an officer or director of a financial institution may comply in part with RCW 42.17A.710(1)(g)(ii) by incorporating by reference a list of the financial institution's officers and directors if such a list has been filed with the commission by the financial institution in the current year.
