Wash. Admin. Code § 415-104-3204 - Shift differential is LEOFF Plan I basic salary

Additional payments to a member for working swing shift or night shift are attached to the duties of the position, e.g., working a nonstandard shift. Those payments are basic salary for LEOFF Plan I.
