Wash. Admin. Code § 465-10-060 - Public records officer

The authority shall designate a public records officer to have charge of its public records. The public records officer shall be responsible for implementing the authority's public disclosure rules and for coordinating staff and employees in this regard. The public records officer may choose such designees as may be appropriate.
