Wash. Admin. Code § 468-10-520 - Petitions for review of initial orders - Final orders
(1) Except in brief adjudicative proceedings,
initial orders in all adjudicative proceedings before the department will
become final without further action by the department unless, within twenty
days of the date of service of the initial order, a petition for review is
filed with the person named and the address stated in the initial order for
such petition of review.
(2) The
provisions of WAC
10-08-211 apply to petitions for
review of initial orders.
(3) WAC
468-10-530 governs review of
orders in brief adjudicative proceedings.
