Wash. Admin. Code § 468-100-008 - Compliance with other laws and regulations
The implementation of this chapter shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and implementing regulations, including the following:
(1) Section I of the Civil
Rights Act of 1866 ( 42 U.S.C. 1982 et seq.).
(2) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
( 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.).
(3)
