Wash. Admin. Code § 468-95-022 - Definitions of headings, words, and phrases used in this manual
Pursuant to RCW 46.04.220, amend MUTCD Section 1A.13, definition number 94, Intersections, Subsection (b) to read:
The junction of an alley with a street or highway shall not constitute an intersection.
