The applicable parking and
(1) The motor vehicle and other
traffic laws of the state of Washington,
Title
46 RCW;
(2) The traffic code of the city of Tacoma;
and
(3) The parking and traffic
rules in this chapter. If the Washington laws or the Tacoma traffic code
conflicts with these rules, the Washington laws or the Tacoma traffic code
shall govern.
