Wash. Admin. Code § 480-30-106 - Certificates, acquisition of control
(1)
Notice required. Any person acquiring control of a passenger
transportation company through acquisition of the stock of that company must
notify the commission in writing within thirty days of the
acquisition.
(2)
Content of
notice. Notice may be accomplished by filing a letter with the
commission. The letter must include at least the following information:
(a) The name, registered trade names, and
certificate number of the acquired company.
(b) The date of acquisition.
(c) The names of the majority stockholders
and the percent of stock each holds.
(d) The name, address, telephone number, fax
number, and e-mail address of a contact person within the company to whom
questions may be directed.
(e) The
location (mailing address and physical address) where books and records of the
acquired company will be retained.
