Wash. Admin. Code § 480-30-151 - Certificates, refiling application prohibited, auto transportation company
A person whose application for auto transportation company authority has been denied after hearing, dismissed for failure to appear at a hearing, or who has been found to be in default, may not refile the application for a period of six months from the date of the final order dismissing or denying the application.
