Wash. Admin. Code § 491-04-020 - Who is allowed to file a request for an appeal of a decision?

You are allowed to file a request for an appeal if you are;

(1) The benefit recipient directly affected by the decision; or

(2) Legal counsel for the benefit recipient directly affected by the decision.
