Wash. Admin. Code § 491-04-210 - How does the board handle testimony under oath?
(1) Every person called as a witness in a
hearing shall swear or affirm that the testimony he or she is about to give in
the hearing shall be the truth according to the provisions of
RCW 5.28.020 through
5.28.060. If the witness is
testifying from outside the jurisdiction, the board chair may require the
witness to agree to be bound by the laws of the state of Washington for the
purposes of the oath.
(2) Phone
numbers for any person testifying by phone must be provided to the executive
secretary no less than five (5) days before a scheduled hearing or
deposition.
