Wash. Admin. Code § 495B-116-230 - Regulatory signs, markings, barricades, etc

The chief business officer or a designee may make and erect signs, barricades, and other structures and paint marks and other directions upon the streets, entrances, exits, and roadways for the regulation of traffic and parking upon the various public lands devoted to, operated by, or maintained by the college. Drivers or vehicles shall observe and obey all the signs, barricades, structures, markings, and directions for the control and regulation of traffic and parking.
