Wash. Admin. Code § 495B-300-010 - Preamble
Bellingham Technical College is covered by Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibiting sex discrimination in education. Any applicant for admission, enrolled student, applicant for employment or employee of Bellingham Technical College who believes she/he has been discriminated against on the basis of sex may lodge an institutional grievance by following the procedures below.
