Wash. Admin. Code § 516-34-030 - Preliminary evaluation by board of trustees
The board of trustees shall consider and evaluate each initial proposal and/or request for lease referred to the board by the president. The board of trustees may either deny or give preliminary approval in whole or in part to each such initial proposal and/or request for lease.
