1-06-060. Public records officer

The agency's public records are in the charge of the public records officer designated by the code reviser. The public records officer is responsible for the following: The implementation of the agency's rules and regulations regarding release of public records, coordinating the staff of the agency in this regard, and generally insuring compliance by the staff with the public records disclosure requirements of the Public Records Act. The public records officer may be contacted as described in WAC 1-06-140.
