Wash. Admin. Code § 392-172A-01170 - Services plan

Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school will provide to a parentally placed student eligible for special education services who is enrolled in an approved, nonprofit private elementary or secondary school who has been designated to receive services. The plan will include the location of the services and any transportation necessary. The plan will be developed using the procedures for development and implementation of an IEP.
