W. Va. Code R. § 1-1-1 - General
1.1. Scope. -- This Legislative rule
establishes general rules for the regulation of certification, registration ,
authorization and licensure of certified public accountants, the registration,
licensure, and authorization of public accountants, and for the authorization
and permitting of firms.

Authority. -- W. Va. Code §
30-9-5.
1.3. Filing Date. -- March 30, 2023
1.4. Effective Date. -- April 1,
2023
1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This
rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1,
2032.
