W. Va. Code R. § 133-59-9 - Institutional Responsibility
9.1.
Each institution shall develop guidelines for acceptance of advanced placement
credits that are consistent with the provisions of this rule and publish the
guidelines in the university bulletin and/or other appropriate institutional
publications.
