W. Va. Code R. § 135-24-1 - GENERAL
1.1 Scope - This
rule sets forth minimum levels of knowledge, skill and competency a student
needs to possess to be prepared for college and establishes processes for
communicating this information and procedures for assuring that teacher
education programs prepare educators in getting K-12 students ready for
college.
