1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the requirements, procedures and standards for the certification and re-certification of licensees to obtain an oral pharmaceutical certificate.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-8-6, § 30-8-9, and § 30-8-14.

1.3. Filing Date. -- August 12, 2011.

1.4. Effective Date. -- August 19, 2011.
