W. Va. Code R. § 142-8-17 - Violation Of Rule; Enforcement
17.1. Violation of any term or provision of
this rule shall be an unfair and deceptive act or practice in violation of W.
Va. Code '46A-6-104
and a violation of the provisions of W. Va. Code ''47-14-11(a)(1) and
47-14-13.
17.2. The Department may
request, and the courts or administrative tribunals shall be empowered to
order, any writs, orders, or other relief which may be necessary for the
enforcement of the provisions of the Code and this rule, including, but not
limited to, injunctive relief, restitution, and affirmative disclosure,
advertising, or mailings.
