rule sets fees related to the registration of architects as provided in W. Va.
Code §§
3-1-6 and
30-12-1, et seq.

2025.
1.4. Effective Date. -- April
30, 2025
1.5 Sunset Date. - - This
rule shall terminate and have no further force and effect on August 1, 2030.
