W. Va. Code R. § 46-8-1 - General
1.1. Scope. -- These rules prescribe the
procedures under which the public may inspect and obtain information and
records generated, developed or held by the Environmental Quality Board. These
rules do not apply to the disclosure of information to any officer, employee or
authorized representative of the State or Federal government.
1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code 29B-1 et seq.,
and 29A-3-3.

January 19, 1996.
1.4. Effective
Date. -- February 18, 1996.
