W. Va. Code R. § 48-4-13 - Other Individuals in Mine Rescue Operations
13.1. Those individuals and organizations who
are directing or performing tasks relating to mine rescue or recovery
operations shall be considered a Aduly qualified emergency service worker@ as
defined in W. Va. Code §15-5-11.
