W. Va. Code R. § 61-39-3 - Seed Certification - Purpose
3.1. Under the authority of W. Va. Code
§
19-16-6,
the department adopts rules to establish standards for seed certification in
West Virginia in order to maintain and make available sources of high quality
seeds and propagating material of plant varieties so grown and distributed as
to ensure genetic identity and genetic purity.
