W. Va. Code R. § 61-4A-26 - Rejected and Excluded Milk
26.1.
Containers of all rejected milk and/or cream shall bear a tag stating the
reason for rejection.
26.2.
Disposal of Rejected Milk - Milk and/or cream which has been rejected pursuant
to this Rule shall not be sold or used as food or an ingredient in a food
product for human consumption except that it may be used by the producer of
such milk at the farm on which it was produced.
