W. Va. Code R. § 64-110-21 - Electronic tracking system
21.1. A grower/processor must use the
electronic tracking system prescribed by the Bureau containing the requirements
in W. Va. Code §
16A-7-1. The Bureau will publish
notice of the electronic tracking system to be utilized by a grower/processor
in the State Register 60 days prior to the implementation date of the
system.
