W. Va. Code R. § 64-110-3 - Growers/processors generally
3.1. The
qualifications that a grower/processor must meet to receive a permit are
continuing qualifications to maintain the permit.
3.2. In addition to any other requirements in
the Act or this rule, a grower/processor must comply with the following:
3.2.1. A grower/processor may not engage in
the business of growing, processing, possessing, selling, or offering to sell
medical cannabis to another medical cannabis organization or to a clinical
registrant within this state without first being issued a permit by the Bureau
and without first being determined operational by the Bureau as required under
64CSR109-15 (Failure to be operational).
3.2.2. A grower/processor may not employ an
individual at its facility who is under 18 years of age.
