1.1. Scope. -- This
rule establishes and implements a statewide childhood lead poisoning screening
and identification program.

Authority. -- W. Va. Code §

16-35-4a.
1.3. Filing Date. -- April 4, 2022.
1.4. Effective Date. -- April 4,
2022.
1.5. Sunset. -- This rule
shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1,
2027.
