W. Va. Code R. § 64-6-7 - Penalty for Violating Provisions of Regulations
7.1. Any person violating any of the
provisions of these regulations shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30)
days, or both.
