W. Va. Code R. § 64-76-1 - General
1.1. Scope. - This
legislative rule establishes specific standards and procedures concerning
selective testing for tuberculosis of school children and school personnel;
tuberculosis (TB) control in state institutions including reporting of
admissions, forms for committing patients, maintenance of patients; standards
concerning registration of cases by the Department of Health and Human
Resources; Bureau for Public Health procedures when a patient is a health
menace to others; and procedures for immediate involuntary commitment. This
rule should be read in conjunction with W.Va. Code
§
16-3D-1, et seq.
