W. Va. Code R. § 64-82-13 - Violations and Sanctions
13.1.
Facilities shall comply with the requirements of the standards adopted under W.
Va. Code '16-1-18
and this rule as a condition for licensure, certification, and permission to
operate.
13.2. The director may
revoke or suspend a facility=s licence, certificate, or permission to operate
when the facility fails to comply with this rule and all applicable provisions
in W. Va. Code '16-36-1.
