W. Va. Code R. 64-110 app A - Acceptable Pesticide Active Ingredients for Use

The following pesticides can be used legally in the growing and processing of medical cannabis and in accordance with the West Virginia Pesticide Control Act (W. Va.Code ยง 19-16A-1 et seq.). Products containing the following active ingredients must also be labeled for use in greenhouses on food crops to qualify.
