W. Va. Code R. § 58-65-15 - Permit Revocation

15.1. The Director may revoke a
falconry permit under the authority granted by West Virginia Code
§
20-2-38.
The Director shall notify the permittee by certified mail of the
specific reasons for the revocation.
15.2. Permits may be revoked for
cause, including but not limited to: improper care for a raptor; a
raptor becomes a public nuisance; any violation of Federal falconry
rules Migratory Bird Permits, Falconry standards and Falconry
permitting,

§
21.29; any violation of this
rule; or any violation of West Virginia game laws or
regulations.
